Uploading files to the graphics department server using FTP

Files can be uploaded to our Graphics Department’s FTP server using most major FTP clients.
If you do not already have an FTP client installed on your computer, we recommend the following:

Mac users:
Program name: Fetch
Licensing scheme: Shareware. An evaluation copy can be downloaded for free,
license is $25.00 for commercial use,
free for non-profit organizations or educational institutions.

Windows users:
Program name: Bullet Proof FTP
Licensing scheme: Shareware. An evaluation copy can be downloaded for free,
license is $29.95 for commercial use,
a discount is available for non-profit organizations or educational institutions.

To upload files to Pacific Rim:
User Name: Please contact the graphics department.
Password: Please contact the graphics department.

To download files from Pacific Rim:
User Name: Please contact the graphics department.
Password: Please contact the graphics department.

Once you have logged in, follow the instructions for your particular FTP client to transfer files.
Please call or email us to let us know what files you have transferred, your name, and processing instructions. If you are transferring files for a printing project, please fax hard copy to us so that we can verify the accuracy of the transferred file. If you have any questions or require assistance, please call us.
